Include coaching conversations if applicable.
The effective period for written counseling is six months and the effective period for a final warning is twelve months. If you are unable to maintain your performance at a satisfactory level or better during the extended period, you will be placed on the next step of Corrective Action up to and including termination.
During the effective period (as defined above) the employee is ineligible for transfer or promotion. Under limited circumstances, a team member may be allowed to transfer but only with appropriate HR approval.
