What Dealership Valets Do

Immediately greet guests and customers as they arrive on the service drive or in the showroom.

Identify the customer’s purpose of visit and what their needs may be.

Be their “service ambassador” by:

  • Opening Doors
  • Provide Refreshments
  • Offer Helpful Suggestions
  • Answer Questions (dealership hours, advisor locations, restrooms)
  • Guide Them to the Appropriate Department or Service Advisor

Perform Vehicle Inspections:

  • Check Wipers, Tread, and Alignment

The first step to any dealership experience is the greeting. When a customer arrives, we welcome them immediately. Gone are the days where you sit idle waiting for a service adviser. Our trained dealership valet / service ambassadors bridge the gap between automotive adviser and service drive allowing for a seamless, memorable experience. When the customers are more satisfied, they are more loyal and have a greater likelihood of being retained for return business. By enhancing customer loyalty and retention, we grow the dealership’s customer satisfaction index known as CSI. This score impacts a dealership’s ability to gain manufacturer awards, have larger automotive inventories, and offer better commission to their sales teams. Through improved CSI and customer retention, repair orders and their values are increased. Together, these actions drive more revenue and profit to our dealerships.
