Pinnacle Automotive Hospitality is now hiring a full-time Greeter for Dealerships in the Owings Mills area!

Position Summary The Customer Relationship Assistant monitors the activity of dealership guests visiting the showroom and inventory lot. CR Assistant capitalizes on every opportunity to provide each customer with a personalized, memorable experience. Ensuring each showroom visitor is warmly greeted, offered assistance and provided dealership amenities. Learns, records and communicates customer’s inquires and information. Expedites arriving customers to Sales Team and follows up with each customer offering additional assistance and gathering feedback.

Primary Duties

Ensure each guest receives outstanding service by providing a friendly environment, which includes proactively greeting and thanking each guest. Must continuously smile and adhere to greeting standards. Responsible for opening doors for all arriving guests into the Sales area. Is hospitable, making every effort to delight all customers and offer additional assistance. Offers detailed description of facilities and amenities to all customers. Able to make and serve non-alcoholic drinks and other prepared foods. Maintain accuracy and composure while under pressure and/or handling multiple requests. Ensure adherence to cleanliness and overall showroom/amenities area appearance standards. Gather customer information. Call customers as directed. Survey customer feedback, track and communicate to dealership leadership. Coordinate and expedite waiting customers to ensure organized flow is maintained. Adhere to Guest Name Usage standards. Demonstrates behaviors consistent with the Company’s Vision, Mission, and Values in all interactions with customer, co-workers and suppliers. Adheres to all Company policies, procedures, objectives, quality assurance and safety. Inform guest of Dealership policies, hours of operation, and relevant services. Keep work area clean of debris. Follow established dress code for a polished and professional look. Perform other related duties incidental to the work described herein.

  • Qualifications 6-12 months of previous work experience (preferred)

Demonstrated effective communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to stand for up to 8 hours. Must be 18 years of age and possess a valid driver’s license with a MVR criteria meeting company guidelines. Must be able to lift, push, pull objects up to 45 pounds with reasonable accommodation, and exhibit full range of motion including standing, bending, stooping, kneeling, reaching, twisting, lifting, pushing, pulling, climbing, balancing and crouching. Must be able to operate basic phone system and computer software Education minimum: high school diploma or equivalent Read, write and communicate using English language sufficient to perform job functions.
