Team Members,

On behalf of the company, I wanted to let you know that we continue to closely monitor the global coronavirus situation, and we are committed to keeping you informed with the latest guidance and resources. Please know that our top priority during this time is the health and well-being of our people and their families.

Given the uncertainty of the issue and the rapidly evolving situation, we understand things will change and may impact certain areas of our business. We encourage all of our employees to follow Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and World Health Organization (WHO) guidance to help prevent the spread of the virus, stay safe and healthy and to make the decision that is right for each individual.

In conjunction with many of the actions you and our community are taking, we are making some adjustments in the way we operate our business and interact with each other, our clients and suppliers. Our leadership teams have worked together to provide guidance on key considerations for remote work, travel, supplier management, meetings and continuity of work.

Effective Monday, March 16th, we have made arrangements for our home office team to work remotely for the next two weeks. They will coordinate any adjusted processes with their various constituencies to ensure there is minimal process disruption. The leaders of our operations and client-facing groups will work with their teams and clients to determine the appropriate way to conduct our business. We will make travel decisions on a case-by-case basis and are in constant contact with our supplier partners. Finally, we are awaiting the outcome of any federal and state legislation and will implement any regulations, accordingly.

We have also established a CONFIDENTIAL Employee Assistance Line at (888) 503-1750 to answer any questions you may have pertaining to this or any other employee-related matter.

Again, we are closely monitoring this evolving situation and we will continue to communicate as needed.
